It’s a scam. Rude employees.
This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with any financial institution. I rented a couch from Bob's Furniture through this company and when it was time to cancel the contract and have them come and pick up the couch they would not respond to any phone calls from a manager's level all the way up to a district regional manager I think a month is more than reasonable for them to come and pick up their merchandise after cancelling the contract and then expecting you to pay another month rent because they cannot pick it up in a timely manner this is not over with I am still not receiving any kind of phone calls back about this issue. I am going to make it known even to Bob's Store on how ridiculous this company is.
I have been dealing with them since December to come pick up the couches I leased from bobs. It's now almost april!! Still no result at all. Serious lack of communication and worst customer service I have ever experienced! There is absolutely no excuse for there poor service. Strong suggest you save yourself the headache and don't go to them for anything!!
I want people to know about this; don't you ever try their services or anything because they will steal your money and turn your credit poor
