We were very happy with our experience at Bob's. We needed a new living room set and bedroom set. There was so much to choose from and Keanu, the salesman we dealt with, was very knowledgeable of every product we inquired about. He greeted us and assisted us with the purchases we wanted to make. No high pressure sales pitch, just a really nice person who listened to what we were looking for and was more than accommodating. I would recommend Bob's to anyone looking for great furniture and very professional and caring personnel. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and can't wait for our new furniture to arrive!

Love our new furniture. Kristen was an awesome sales rep. Didn't rush us into buying anything that we didn't want. Very professional. We also interacted with a Indian lady when we bought a dining set. She was also awesome. I wouldn't buy anything again from bob furniture. Bought sofa set just over a year old it rip. Bob furniture will do nothing for me and the warranty company refuses to do anything also. That was the last thing I will buy from bobs. All they care about is the money in there pocket. If you still want to buy from bob good luck. Filling a complaint with the BBB.

During my recent visit to the store, Keanu provided an extraordinary customer service. He took his time to explain all available options and also checked on status of items before we proceeded to ordering. He was very friendly, professional and genuinely interested in ensuring that I was satisfied with my furniture.

Keanu is such a wonderful sales person, I am amazed by the way he helped me today, such an easy going, sweet, charismatic person. I have never had such amazing experience as the one I had today.
