Jordan’s has an incredible staff and system in place to make furniture shopping fun and interactive. We were able to shop styles then customize the perfect dining room set and sofa sectional. We chose the finishes and the final product totally exceeds our expectations.nThe value is built in to the quality furniture manufacturers Jordan’s has decided will deliver the expected product.nWe had two different product salespeople and each was exceptionally well informed on product and never oversold any part of our purchase. What we built was what came from two different manufacturers. We could not be happier with Jordan’s Furniture. The locations are great, as well as the finance department and delivery or pick up systems that are also deserving of 5 star accolades. We will always start with Jordan’s for any furniture needs. Jordan’s Furniture is outstanding!

We were pleasantly greeted at door and directed to area we wanted to shop which happened to be the mattress area. The salesman explained how bridge it worked and asked about our price range. He then had us try 3 different mattresses and asked us both questions about them. He made a couple suggestions based on what we both wanted. No pressure. Very helpful. We love our choice so we won’t be using the 90 day return/exchange advantage. We love the mattress and are happy with our choice to purchase pillows and cooling mattress protector. Thank you.

We had spent 3 weekends looking for the right furniture. Thank goodness we went to Jordan’s and found Molly! She really listened to us and heard what we were trying to achieve and within 15 minutes she found us the perfect sofa and loveseat. The next day she found us the perfect chairs with a matching fabric to go with the couch without breaking our budget!! She was so amazing, extremely professional and had amazing taste. We only wish we had met her earlier.

We could not be happier with our experience shopping at Jordan's. Our salesman Steve Criner was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain different features of the sectionals we looked at, the price points, and also pointed out important details we may have not thought of. We had visited other furniture stores in the area, and Jordan's was by far the best in selection, information, and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. We highly recommend this store.

Since I live out of state I purchased a bed over the phone for our special needs adult son. The sales person was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a mattress that was the correct comfort level and within his budget. It was a huge plus that they delivered to him and assembled the the frame and box spring and mattress. He is very happy and so are we since we could not be there to attend to this. thank you Jordan's for being so helpful and doing a great job.
