Good service
This place is HORRIBLE. They need to hire people who are willing to HELP OTHERS. They have no interest in helping people what so ever!! They seem as if they are forced to do what they are SUPPOSED to do which is their freaking job. They will try to turn you down for ANYTHING & by that I mean ANY LITTLE THING. What they need to do is hire people who are willing to help others and at least some who would put a smile on their face! These people seem miserable.... I really hope I never have to come back.
It’s very disappointing to see how they lack basic customer service. If they were to at least try to give better customer service, they would have less frustrated people yelling at them. Many people drive hours/states away only to then be turned away. Others live close but keep getting turned away multiple times. Everyone has jobs and children to take care of. They can’t continue to ask off in order to be turned away each time they go. PLEASE, be better human beings, or please employ other people for this place. Thank you.
The lady helping my mom was very nice and helped her with everything she needed to do for her DUI...and it was super fast...my appointment was at 1:50pm and we were done by 2:20pm...
This people do not answer phones. They said leave a message if you have an emergency and somebody will contact you and they never call you. How much do salvadorean pay to get this kind of service?
