This store is always nice and clean. It's amazing on the great deals that I found. Due to covit19 most stores in this area don't have a large selection; however that was not the case at this particular location. It is always fully stocked with new finds.
Always good deals on quality products. Always find something for the kids or wife in a good brand for less than expected price.
Very disappointed. I made my very first purchase here two weeks ago and was impressed by the level of service. After purchasing three pairs of shoes it turned out that one didn’t quite fit. So I thought I would swing by to exchange for a different size but to my surprise was met with complete indifference and zero empathy from an associate. To be completely fair I did mess up by trashing my receipt, but what’s concerning is that I had to call customer service in order to review exchange policies. It turns out that all transactions when linked to an account have a digital receipt and they could’ve very well been exchanged per corporate policy. I sat in the car for nearly 5 minutes wondering if it was worth the hassle to speak with a manager. It’s sad the the 1-800 customer service line was able to find a solution to the problem after just 2 minutes of digging. It’s sad to think of but I suppose it makes sense why these brick and mortar stores are about to close up. No one wants to be treated like garbage
We got there a little late so we had to hurry up but employees were nice.
Terrible shopping experience. Management was very rude!
