Had a great facial with Carol last week! it was my first experience at the Hand and Stone and it was very pleasant. Carol took the time to understand my concerns, asked about my routine and what products I was using at home, the frequency, etc. She gave recommendations for a couple of products I hadn’t considered using before and told me zinc sunblock has come a long way recently (they don’t all make you look like Casper). Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an esthetician. My skin felt fabulous and I’ll be returning.

Sad to be writing this review because I did like the facility. I got a massage last week and my Apple Watch was stolen, I called the next day as I could track the watch and see that it had been taken (and I hadn’t gone anywhere since so it was the only place it could have been) not until I called and reported the address of where the watch was, did the employee decide to bring it back because they had “accidentally” picked it up. If you own an Apple Watch you know right away if it isn’t yours considering you can’t unlock it and it isn’t connected to any of your devices? Regardless, I am happy they decided to return it (after I called numerous times and reported the watch in lost mode so it couldn’t work) Nick at the front desk was very nice and helpful in resolving this issue, I did greatly appreciate his help. I definitely will not be coming back to this location as I can’t trust that my personal items are safe.

From start to finish this place was wonderful/ Asia a the fron counter was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the time of booking to the time of coming in for my appointment. Eliso was very professional and provided and excellent massage. Mason was sweet, calm, and thorough with my facial. I would highly recommend them both.

Great spot. Never disappointed. Real professionals with years of service. They cater to your needs and ensure you’re taken care of with no issues at all. They’ll see mee again for sure!

The massage was nice and the place was clean and beautiful but dang! That girl cut my hour real short, like 30 minutes and baby momma needs her full hour especially when I paid for it. I won’t be back. ud83dude25
