I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible. Because that's that they provide to the immigrant community from Mexico, they give us Zero representation, zero attention, zero quality service. Yet they profit from us by collecting a check supposedly working for us. If all immigrants stopped sending money and sinked the economy of a country that didn't give us anything but misery, I'm sure they would soon change their attitude when providing services to us here in the US

Getting my passport took 1 hour in total (from the moment I entered the consulate to the moment I left with my passport in hand. The United States could learn some things from the way the Mexican consulate processes passport applications).

2/1 **UPDATE**nnThe consulate updated their website on Friday Jan 29th! You can schedule an appointment by submitting a Google form! I recommend you do this on a desktop, on the required fields you must upload an address document and birth certificate. When I tried to upload this using my phone, it kept saying the file was too big. I submitted my form using my desktop, now waiting on my scheduled appointment.nnI have been calling every morning for two weeks now! I have called the 214 phone number listed above and the 1877 number listed on the website. It is very frustrating and sad the poor customer service that is available for us. My experiences in this place have been terrible. I would hate to take a day off from work to show up there and get turned away.nIs there another way around booking an appointment? has anyone experienced better luck?

Be prepared to pay $10 parking.If you don’t have an appointment you are not allowed to go inside.You will wait for your family member outside or in the car.Make sure you eat something before coming.

Service was speedy and good....but PLEASE PLEASE DONT PAY THOSE THIEVES IN THE PARKING LOT.Parking is free....its the parking in the back entrance....not the front. Those people are so messed up....they know where the FREE parking is but wont tell you! If you cant find it go INSIDE and ask
