Fitting rooms closed and associate couldn’t tell me when it would reopen. I put like 7 clothes items back because I won’t take it home if I’m not sure about it. This is why the fitting rooms need to be open. There was one associate at jewelry area helping out a lady, when she was done with the other customer, glanced at me looking and didn’t even ask me if I needed help. Walked away and never came back. I would like to say the guy greeting at the entrance, very friendly and has great customer service.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to shop but I think I was late in getting all cool clothes and deals I saw online as store was almost out my size of nice shirts and pants. First I was little disappointed as you always find something to buy here but this time I spent like an good hour looking for something nice but couldn’t find anything. Hopefully in summer they’ll some good stuff as I think there done for winter because I tried again like after 2,3 weeks and it was the same stuff nothing changed and no new items were added to the collection.
I like that I can always find hidden gems here. Brand names that other tj max don't have. I live shopping here. The staff is very nice . The main reason I don't give a higher rating is because the store is very dirty. The floors always look really messy and dirty. With a good mopping and better spacing this store would be great
Love TJMAXX. I never walked out of there with nothing. Always good price and quality.
The staff at this location are wonderful, they're very kind and friendly! The store on the other hand is a little bit disorganized. It's hard to find what you're looking for because some sections are vague and many items are on mismatched hangers.
