Usually I don’t write reviews, but today Joan was amazing, she was very kind, professional and patience. Also my wife loved the gift she helped me to chose and gave me a rewards card. Definitely I’ll be back with my family.
Asked to look at some jewelry while shopping and an employee named Rodolfo was the one who came to open the showcase. He proceeded to tell us the price and make a remark as if we could not afford it. It was very unnecessary and unasked for. Fortunately, the manager there was very helpful and friendly and helped us out after we shared our experience with her.
So many great deals here! I always leave with something good. Shoes, dresses, even purses, there is always something here. Store is very well kept and organized. I love coming here.
Security tag was left on clothing, had to waist time going back to store next day. Manager didn't offer any reasonable compensation for inconvenience.
Great experience, good prices, friendly staff that shows respect to people of color!
