I love that Nordstrom always stays on top of trending clothing. Some may say physical storefronts are going away, but I usually don’t buy without first trying on - so for me storefronts are the way to go. Nordstrom employees are friendly without being pushy, and always have the best recommendations.
I visited Nordstrom recently shopping for outfits for a photo shoot. Silvia from the ladies department was fantastic. She was readily available to assist me and help me pick out the perfect outfit. Thanks Silivia for all your help.
I recently went shopping at the fragrance counter looking for perfume for my GF's mom! Sima (spelling) had made my shopping experience very smooth and effortless. She is a true professional and helped me find the exact perfume I was looking for! ud83dudc4c
I’m not sure who is running this store but it would be great if they taught their employees how to acknowledge customers. I walked around the store for 30 minutes and no one helped me. I will not be back. Nordstrom customer service has gone downhill!!!!!
