I was a first time customer, I got some highlights and a split ends trim. I really liked that my hair looked healthier but not shorter. I don't do changes to my hair often due to bad experiences in the past but Joe did an amazing job in making sure I was happy with the results. Ask for Joe and he will take good care of you. The overall staff is super friendly and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable for the service I got. They do a good job in disinfecting and maintaining the place clean. Highly recommend!!
This was my first visit here. I came in to schedule an appointment for a color and cut. . Cerly is AWESOME. She fit me in that day and did an amazing job. She’s definitely knowledgable and very experienced in her art. It took me awhile to find a salon that I could trust to do my hair. After talking with her, I knew she knew exactly what I needed. She is energetic, friendly and so helpful. I just LOVE her!!! I would definitely recommend Cerly at Instinktive.

This was my first visit.nnI was greeted nicely by a young lady named Amber- she was super nice, professional.nAnyway- Annie (Pedi) and Nancy( Mani) was by far the very best Mani-Pedi I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and care they both took to ensure both my manicure & pedicure were flawless.nYou’re missing out if you don’t go!nnI’ll return here!
Love my hairstylist and color by Joe. He is the master of color and cut. I absolutely trust his intuition when coloring hair and making feel beautiful. He was able to color my hair and I don’t have to worry about breakage. Thank you for doing such a great job!
