I have been tanning her for a while now! Maddie is so helpful with her tips to grow my tan and keep it consistent. The salon is always so clean! I love this place!!
I went into Cancun tan for a simple spray tan. I informed the worker at the front desk that I had never tanned before and I wanted a simple tan for family photos the next day. She made her tan color suggestion and rushed through directions for the machine. I came out with a streak that went up both arms all the way down both sides down both legs. Like the machine had just missed both sides all together. I followed the instructions given and showed the girl the streaks. She sighed I use the hairnet and try to rub bronzer all over myself from the hair net to cover the streaks... that clearly did not work. I showed her that did not work and she then told me I was going to continue to get darker over the next 6 hours and when I told her that wasn’t going to look great with the streaks I already have she said I can go home and wash it all off. That was it. Followed by have a good day. I will never go back and I will be calling to complain and get a refund. Terrible customer service and inconsiderate, especially when a customer comes in and tells you they’ve never tanned at all before.
I’ve tanned at this location a few times and I’ve only had a great experience here! Maddie is a big help as she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the beds and lotions and answering any questions I might have
Love this salon especially Maddie she is always so friendly and helpful when I come in. Great people and always super clean.
