I love Kohl's but I went there to return a package to Amazon. They took care of it for me and it was quick and easy. Gotta love that. They gave me a coupon for 20% off for using the service, so I got me a couple shirts. Gotta love that too.
Went in to return Amazon. But I will definitely be back to shop. Everyone there gave customer service from the minute I entered to the minute I left.

Inexperienced cashiers who was not knowledgeable about return and exchange procedures. Been told that they could not give me back my kohl’s cash when returning because I paid for the item with kohl’s cash. Also denied to give me back the difference in kohl’s cash when exchanging an item that paid with kohl’s cash until the manager showed up. Cashiers were not apologetic and was rude. Left unhappy and dissatisfied because I’ve been a long time customer of kohl’s and this have never happened to me before.nnStaff needs more training on store policies and customer service skills.nnThe store is smaller than other kohl’s store and did not have any good deals on clearance section. Would not return to this location.
