I went down there today to rent a unit. This WOULD have been the third time renting at this location. The second since Cube Smart took it over. The person working the office had zero personality and zero customer service skills. The question was simple. What do you have for availability? I’m met with what size are you looking for? What are you storing? How much are you storing? Maybe if the “professional” told me what was available, I, the person paying the rent could make that determination. I guess sitting down looking at the computer was more important.

I went to rent a second storage today at this place, and every time I go there, don't matter who is in the office, I am always well assisted. Today I was assisted by Belinda, she's very friendly and professional. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this place to anyone, its new and very clean. So far, very happy to pick CubeSmart at 545 Clark Rd in Tewksbury, MA.

Only use this place if uou need short-term storage. Rest assured that they WILL jack up the prices. I had a 5x10 unit that every year they'd jack up the prices by $10 - $16. At one point the rate was as high as $141. Then they advertised the same unit for $44. When I asked for that price they refused. So I cancelled and opened a new account at the new rate. But they wouldn't let me keep everything where it was. The manager made me move everything to a new unit. Then after a couple months the price went up to $49. I finally jumped ship altogether and went with another company. Expensive lesson learned.

Easy breezy to make arrangements with Manager Tracy and her staff. They were courteous and accommodating, exactly what you want when renting a storage space! Thank you!
