Changed from ABF because they would often no-show scheduled pickups and had less than favorably customer service. So far, Old Dominion has been nothing but prompt, punctual, courteous and understanding. The driver is super friendly.
Driver is completely unprofessional! Box he delivered was falling apart and to top it off he used our bathroom and did his business all over the floor because we told him what happened to the box! Would never recommend!!
Great place to work.
I took the morning off of work to accept the package. They didn't get my package to me in the four hour window (8 a.m -12 p.m) they give me. They never called me. At 1p.m I called them and they told me the truck was packed incorrectly and would not be delivered until 3-5. So i missed a whole day of work and they were unapologetic about it. Totally ridiculous and the facility is 3 miles from my house.
