Was there on spring break vacation and booked 2 facial appointment. When we arrived for our facial, they said they didn’t made the booking. Spend 30 minutes with them to try to find out what happened. They couldn’t care less. Have our vacation screwed like that is not professional at all from them. Not even a gesture or an apologize.
Just had the best massage of my life here. I got the Sweet Tea treatment which includes exfoliation and wrap followed by a massage. Stephen was the massage therapist and not only did he do a great job, but when I told him about my herniated disc, he also made sure to show me which stretches to do after and made sure I knew which muscles needed the most work so I could have someone help me back home. I'm literally thinking of reasons to come to this area more simply to start massage therapy for my back by Stephen.nnMy friend and I also utilized the jacuzzi, pool and both the steam and dry saunas after our massage. It was a wonderfully relaxing afternoon.
Pretty disappointed with the gym. It's very small; there are 3 treadmills and 1 bench press. When it was described as a state of the art exercise facility or something along those lines, I expected a bit more.
Kaci did my hair and makeup for a wedding ud83dudc70 ud83cudfa9 ud83dudc92 at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. She did an amazing job. I got so many compliments and I felt incredible and beautiful! The spa was habds down the highlight of my 5 night stay at the resort. The entire staff wad great, especially Donna and Penny. Both my massage therapists did a wonderful job, and were extremely professional.
