So this place is the massage school in Texarkana. I've had 2 massages by 2 diff students at this location, and I've had over 100 massages with students at a school in Mesquite TX.nnI set an appt for a friend who has never been there. The appt was to my knowledge with a student since that's what I've always asked for. They didnt confirm that it was with a licensed therapist to me, or to my friend. She walks out paying $65 because they asked her if she wanted deep tissue massage and she said sure. Now get this...she didnt know that students dont do deep tissue massage. So a $25 massage jumped to $65 because she was put with a licensed therapist.nnI called and spoke with the owner. I was even willing to pay more than what an intern would cost, but the owner wouldn't work with me at all to fix this. To me this is a shady practice. Someone who has never been into ur place doesnt know what massage is done by students, or licensed therapist. There's no written notice anywhere to inform a client of what students can do versus a licensed therapist.nnI was about to schedule my 3rd massage with them for myself, but after this shady practice, and unwillingness to come to a compromise on this issue....THEY WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME EVER.nnSo please beware when u do business with this place!

The staff at A Touch of Health are caring, professional, and good at what they do. I highly recommend them.
