I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the rude and impatient pharmacy tech who attended to me. Her name was Michelle. I go to the section where you take prescription and Michelle is there doing paperwork. She doesn't look up. She keeps doing her paperwork and does not even acknowledge me. As time goes by things become awkward so i say hello. She still does not acknowledge me so i watch her. Some time more past then she finally looks up and assists me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. My interaction with her had convinced me to return to HEB pharmacy or use another pharmacy. I have never been treated this way before while dropping off medicine. The rest of my experience with other pharmacy employees was great. This is why i didn't give score of one. But with even the above average experience from other staff, Michelle has motivated me to take my business elsewhere.
Im guessing the girl with all the tattoos doesnt like her job or the career field of her own choice!! Very bad attitude and possibly should be a checker and not a pharmacy tech because being rude to a sick or upset customer is just not where its at. Also according to these reviews im sure we are talking about the same funky attitude pharm tech obviously management allows it as per there wouldnt be so many complaints! Maybe i did second guess her however her volume of attitude just doesnt sit well with me and i go further than just a mesely little review ill be contacting whoever will assure me that this is not walmart standards
Friendly and very helpful had masks on
Moved my elderly parents to San Antonio with me and didn't know what meds they were on. The Walmart pharmacy staff got all the information and were able to fill all of them. They went above and beyond and even helped me with insurance issues. They are always friendly and helpful . They're awesome!
Althoughthe pharmacy staff are always professional and efficient the Walmart app where I fill my prescriptions is extremely flawed in that every time I request a refill I am prompted to call the pharmacy for some type of delay which pretty much defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app.
