I called to confirm my prescription was ready and was told it would be ready after 5. I arrived at 6 and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I left, and as I pulled into my driveway, I received the text saying my prescription was ready. I do not always receive a text when the prescription is ready and the online account never has updated info. I picked up a prescription one time and the online info said it was still processing. I know the pharmacy is constantly slammed and the line is always long, but if Chick-Fil-A can efficiently handle the amount of people they serve at lunch rush, I would think a pharmacy could run a little more efficient.

I went to Walmart today and was very pleased with all that was stocked up, it had everything I needed, and I appreciate all the staff that work so hard to make sure that we have what we all need,thank you Walmart employees

For the past 3 times I called in my asthma inhaler refill on file at Wal-Mart pharmacy in lufkin texas , they did not have it in stock and they had to order it with me waiting several days sick with asthma for them to get my med..nAfter this experience again today, I changed pharmacies.

Omg!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES!! I've let it ring straight going thru the loop 2hrs!!! Different days, times it doesn't matter.. I've complained to corporate, 4 managers an district Mgr for the pharmacy.. and nothing!! I hate this pharmacy..if my thyroid meds were cheaper somewhere else I would change..someone needs to make some changes.. I'm tired of hearing they're short handed or busy.. hire more people and prepare to be busy!! Every time I go in person.. there's like 15 people behind the counter with a small line. Thsts ridiculous!! Someone can answer the damn phone!!! Also ladies are so rude !!
