From the moment of contacting Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary their kindness, compassion, attention to detail and communication was the highest level I could have hoped for.
During this time of “social distancing” and uncertainty with this Covid-19 virus, having to plan a funeral is not something to look forward to. But with the help of a caring staff like those of Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary, you can find peace from beginning to the end of the process.
My brother passed away on March 21, 2020. Brian Bartlett contacted me as soon as he had possession of his body. I was able to discuss things with him, have him walk me through every detail and even mail him clothing for the burial.
I was met at the graveside and had the opportunity to spend a few moments with my brother before proceeding.
The graveside service was held via zoom so others could join and I could see who attended.
The online obituary was professionally done and he even made changes for me as I changed my mind!
If you are in need of services (I send my condolences) but would highly recommend Brian and his staff.
I would also recommend pre funeral planning with them!
