Tonya who works at Nordstrom is so sweet. I was a bit frustrated because my Le Labo Santa’s 33 refill was never shipped and I called today and she told me it was because they don’t have any more juice. She made it right and had me pick one up for the refill price in the mall. I’ve worked with her before and she’s always so pleasant, helpful with 10/10 customer service. I am so thankful for people in the customer service industry like her

Susannah in cosmetics was so very helpful and a sweetheart in helping me purchase Charlotte Tilbury moisturizer and other products. I live 3 hours away but when I do return, I will definitely ask for her. She is amazing.

I made a purchase for in-store pickup and after waiting far longer than one should, and two visits, I come to find my order is wrong and hasn't been fulfilled. They promise to overnight it much to my dismay as I would rather cancel my order. Here it is, the next day and my amended parcel still has yet to arrive. Please shop elsewhere like Saks Fifth Avenue and avoid incompetence with Nordstrom. They have messed up a simple order for a third time and haven't even cared to truly address and fix the issue. These people are a monumental waste of time.
