Great sale and the guys set it up and were awesome. The manager even called to check on us. Fast delivery and curious.
I don't consider myself having had a negative experience, but it was not what I'm used to in comparison to other furniture stores. This is very much a recommendable store if only for its affordable prices. I did note the staff members were not readily helpful. They weren't very engaging and they were pretty carefree. After making my purchase, I had to ask questions instead of them readily telling me pertinent information regarding product features, warranty and delivery. My delivery was made on the date provided to me but I received the call on the day of instead of the day prior. Very nice delivery guys.
They sale things that they are not able to voucher for. I got my son a ATV it stopped working after a day and they pointed there fingers at blazzin wheels.. Gave minimum assistance still havent fixed the product I'm still paying for..
