I bought the Forrester Twin size bedroom set for my daughter two years ago. She was two at the time I bought it. We had to move her bed to another room in the house. The nuts that hold the bed together shattered when we were taking it apart and a few more shattered putting it back together. We also bought the trundle to go with it. We used the nuts with the trundle and more shattered as we were putting it back together. As a result, we did not have enough nuts to put the bed back up.nnI looked at hardware stores and online to find a bit that matches it and I was not able to. I contacted the store. I was told that I did not purchase the protection plan and there is nothing that they can do. I asked to purchase just the hardware or even get the name of the manufacturer. They hardware is not sold separately and they did not know the name of the manufacturer.nnSo... I spend $500 on a bed that my young daughter used for two years. It is not made of the best wood and the hardware is very easily broken. The reason I have this review two stars is that the bed set is really cute and I had a good experience when I purchased it.

my experience was very disappointing i purchased a dinnin set cash was told to puck it up tuesday went tuesday they said friday went friday still wasnt there the lady said she told me it was on back order that was a lie i will never buy anything from this company
