It was a new experience for me to seek and deal with a design consultant. I was given the name of Francisca Godoy by a trusted individual. Admittedly, I was overwhelmed at purchasing furniture for several rooms all at once. Once I met Fran, I was immediately at ease. She has a professional, kind demeanor, and quickly understood what I hoped to achieve. She explained how everything works and has kept me up to date on what to expect. Fran is awesome and this was a great first experience!
Is was such a pleasure working with Jane Neal redecorating our family room, living room and dining room. This is the 2nd project she has helped me with. The first one is almost complete and I love the new room! She is so talented and magically knows exactly what I want. I can't say enough good things about her.

I'm so grateful for Jane Neal's guidance as we've furnished my living room, dining room, and master bedroom. She has exquisite taste and so much experience that she knows what will work and what won't. She's kept my budget in mind throughout the entire process. Really great ideas, no pressure, efficient/accurate, returns phone calls promptly, and great personality.
Typically I love the quality of Ethan Allen- but 6 months for one small chair is abysmal - even for Covid. We are still waiting and are not likely to use this company again. One small chair. It’s ludicrous.
