Excellent service. Ryan assisted us. Very, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had been looking for a sofa sectional for several weeks. Not one salesperson came close to the service and assistance compared to what we received here. Centrally located, easy parking, showroom was not fancy but very functional. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Customer service was phenomenal as well as delivery! I ordered same day and had it within less than 3 hours! Upon opening one of the cup holders was gross not sure what happened but looked used. We washed and it seems okay. There was also a huge foot print on one of the chairs. The sectional is meant to be put together in any order but the chords for the automatic recliners don’t reach properly if not used in the same order the store had them which is frustrating because we paid extra for a recliner that can’t be used now.

Thanks Bill for being very helpful in getting what I needed. My order was there at the store in a timely manner just like I was promised and his knowledge of what I wanted and was looking for made me decide to make another purchase in the future. Great customer service staff goes to Bill, Jordan and the delivery guy. Great job for making me feel welcome and making me feel that I have made the right decision with getting my order from Home Decor Outlets.

I had been to no less than 6 other furniture stores that day and just happen to come across this Home Decor Outlet, so I said, why not.....I was met by Ryan, the manager, I think. I was in need of a king size mattress set and needed it delivered ASAP. I have him my budget and not only was he able to match my pricing but able to deliver it to me (3rd floor apartment) that same afternoon!! Very friendly staff and helpful all around. I will visit them again and online to purchase more of my furniture!

Have always loved shopping with you, until this last time. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from here and set up has never been a problem. We bought a king bed this time and they brought it out and said here ya go. Can you sign so we can continue our deliveries? My husband said you aren’t gonna set the bed up? Nope. Since we are also getting mattress today, my husband is scrambling to figure out how to put a bed together. At no time during the purchase were we informed they stopped doing set up of purchased pieces. So they drop off a bunch of parts and say have at it? Seriously!? Home decor, you had a loyal customer but this will be the last purchase from us. Really disappointed
