We have been dealing with the repair/replacement of our chair we bought there for over a year. They do not stand by their product. Every time I call I get the round about. They told me they order a replacement and it would be here around November ...guess what it is not hear and not even a phone call from them about the status. I would not recommend to buy from this store.
The only place you should buy patio furniture.nGreat quality, staff and service.nDo not roll the dice on Costco and Amazon products. You may save a few bucks, but their products do not carry the palm casual lifetime warranty.nI have furnished numerous rental properties and my personal home with their products.nWe rarely have an issue. The few problems we had, they corrected immediately.
Palm Casual has amazing quality outdoor furniture and the perfect team to support your decision. From walking into the door, I had an amazing experience finding the perfect look to my backyard. Randall, Jake, and the rest of the team are extremely attentive, professional, and most of all friendly. Glad we have Palm Casual here in Charleston.
Staff is awesome and very friendly. Service is a 10 for sure, looking forward to the couch and custom firepit.
