Pros: the lady who helped us pick out our furniture thank you. Delivery guy.nCons: day of delivery they call saying not one but two employees had the wrong info and had to redo payment stuff ...(btw 5 dollars down promo you have to ask they wont tell you or take it off until you ask) . Manager Mark seems a little money hungry. Then they have 1 man ONE man delivering. He was very nice and didnt seem to mind..but come on. As a big company they shouldnt put so much on one person. But he was very fast and very nice.

We thought Aaron's would be a help in furnishing 6 of our rental apartments as they said they would order and deliver. My wife paid for the first month and when she inquired about delivery, they said approximately a week. We went out of town excited that upon returning, our rental units would be furnished. When my wife called to verify delivery to proper address, she was told by Mark the manager that he never ordered it. Upset that we would have to make other arrangements, we ask for a refund only to be told we would have to be there in person to receive it. Not only has Aaron's incompetence cost us time and money, they have left our tennants temporarily homeless and our faith in Aaron's vacant.

I purchased from Aaron's twice. Unlike their competitors, they work with you. They truly understand that sometimes life happens. The staff is professional and they assist you with care. I highly recommend Aaron's for all of my furniture and appliances needs!!

They have good stuff which is why I initially gave it 5 stars.. however delivery drivers are never working. Cancelled and rescheduled delivery 3 times. Promised they could delivery after 6pm but tried to delivered at 4. and the people at the store or rude..all nice b4 u rent from them..still waiting on furniture delivery after 4 weeks
