My sister and I were looking for a nice sized dining table and chairs for my patio as well as a large heavy weighted umbrella canapy. Absolutely well made and attractive and they plan to deliver everything next week!!!nAubrey was an outstanding resource as she is very familiar with all their outdoor furniture.

We had a nice experience buying my daughter. Bedroom set. The salesman wasn’t overly pushy and we were able to look and ask questions without someone being on top of us.

Terrible service! It’s all about the money all about the sales. I purchased a couch sleeper in February to be delivered on April 1st since I was having company come visit from out of state. The sales man assured me it was in stock and their wouldn’t be any issues for delivery on April 1st. I received a phone call two days prior to April 1st to confirm delivery, then next day I get a phone call canceling the delivery due to the fact that the couch was in another warehouse and had to reschedule delivery to April 10th. Rooms to Go had over a month to make sure this couch was in the correct location to make sure they get the job done right but noooooo. Here we are today April 10th still no couch when I was given a 4hr window of 11am-3pm. Now it’s not going to be delivered till later tonight. Are you kidding me. Shame on ya, get a better way to operate. An all day waiting event! What an inconvenience.
