Best customer service. Very friendly and when I fell on hard times, which we all do from time to time, they worked with me to where I was able to keep my washer and dryer and I'm happy to say I've been able to pay it off. They've definitely earned my business!!
They've always been very courteous to us. We had no problems signing up for what we needed either and the process was a breeze.
I’m only giving 4 star for an employee the first employee with the best customer service I believe her name is Metha. She was so respectful and nice . The rest can learn from her even the manager!!!
I was a little frustrated that the delivery of my refrigerator was late. However, the gentleman that singlehandedly squeezed this massive appliance through my tiny doorway was amazing. Even though he needed to remove the refrigerator doors and wrestle everything solo, he never let his smile fade. He was completely friendly, professional, and cautious. Without a doubt the best delivery person I have ever experienced. Thanks!
Got a Nintendo switch fromnThem with NO joy sticks . They claim they gave it to me and they are no where in site . I drove back almost a hour for them to say they packed it and they CLEARLY DIDNT ! Now I have to pay for something I was never given ! I will never deal with Aaron’s in Summerville again !didnt even try to accommodate me for something else or try to see if they can get a replacement system ! And then I mean the manager and also the employee!
