Saw a navy bench on their Instagram story and immediately messaged them for more details! Adam responded very quickly and even sent still photos and measurements! I came to the store to pick up the bench and they had a different one I liked even better! I went with the different one from my original thought process! Both designers Adam and Edward were agreeable after discussing my needs for it and the look I was trying to accomplish! They loaded it up for me and couldn’t have been more kind, helpful, and outright nice! They weren’t pushy and solidified for all future furniture needs to start with them! Edward is an absolutely AMAZING Store Manager!!! He is THE definition of LEGENDARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have bought so many pieces from him at Nadeau. My house looks FANTASTIC with all the pieces he helped me choose. My house is now a Nadeau home. Customer service is just impeccable. I would recommend anyone looking to furnish their come, come to Nadeau Charleston and ask for Edward!
I LOVE THIS STORE! After making some poor decisions purchasing online furniture, I vowed to never again purchase furniture without seeing it in person first. Nadeau was there for me when I needed furniture the most. Great quality, reasonable prices, and no painted cardboard in sight. They get shipments all the time and you get to take what you purchase right then and there- not order and wait 8 weeks for it to come in. And Mark and Edward who work there are absolutely fantastic! They are unbelievably helpful and kind and even give advice on pieces that could work for what you are going for. They work incredibly hard and considering they move heavy furniture all day and can still keep a smile on, says something. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for Mark, Edward, and Nadeau! Go see them!
My partner and I recently purchased our first home in downtown Charleston- furnishing your first home can be exciting (and stressful), and we are so excited we found Mark and Edward at Nadeau. They were extremely kind and patient as we picked out products, and they helped us to create the perfect dining space in our new home. The products are amazing, but the customer service and attention to detail among the employees are what really sold us on this store. Thank you both for all of your help!
I am a single guy. Getting a place for the first time in a very long time. And I needed help. Edward , Mark and Linda Was so helpful and patient with me. They help me match pieces together and what works with other pieces. Now my place is full of their furniture and I love it. Now I can invite my friends and show off my new place it looks beautiful.
