Not real fancy, but quaint. I like it. Sales was helpful not pushy. Everyone there seemed like good people. They work well together and they are all courteous and friendly. I just had unplanned surgery and needed a recliner today. They had plenty to choose from and we were able to bring it home today. Really saved me. I chose a la-z-boy and it seems like pretty good quality.

I wish I could give Orvin’s 5 stars but I have to be honest I had a difficult experience with them. I ordered a custom sectional in June 2020 and was told it would be at least six weeks until it was ready which was no problem for me. Two months passed and still no sectional. A few weeks later it was delivered but was not what I ordered, was missing three pieces that I had ordered and I was told they were sorry and would have the other pieces rushed and made right away. I did not receive the rest of my sectional until late December and it STILL was missing a section that I had ordered!! Love the couch itself but really am just over trying to get what I actually ordered. Overall it took over 6 months to receive the sectional and I never did get what I actually ordered. ud83dude1e

A couple years ago we purchased an Ashley Lift Chair. We are still very happy with, back for a replacement remote / wand. Great support from Susan. We highly recommend Orvin’s.nnMarch 9 stopped in to pick up the new wand and played Goldilocks trying out recliners for me! Found the perfect chair for all my 5’2 self! There is something about being able to sit all the way back in the chair and still have my feet touch the floor. Extra Bonus it swivels, rocks and electric reclines. Thanks Susan.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by the staff! Ms. Jackie was so nice and friendly! I told her what I was looking for. I was looked for a kitchen table with chairs to seat 8 people. I even showed her a picture of a china hutch I have that I wanted to match. She was very accommodating and showed me what was in stock. She also showed me a catalog we could order from. Her and the rest of the staff are awesome! I got my furniture ordered and scheduled for delivery. Will definitely be back for more!
