I was 8 minutes late due to construction. Lauren was laying on the couch with her child and told me because I was late, she couldn’t do my pedicure due to another appointment, but could do the manicure. No one ever came in after me, nor after the manicure as I sat out in the parking lot trying to find another salon to do a pedi. I wasted my time and gas. I won’t be back.

I've received great customer service each time I've been here. Lauren has done a great job on my nails every time.

The gal that did my nails was not very conversational and gave me dirty looks. Also she made me bleed and made my pinky nail wavy and not flat. I'm not sure I would recommend this place at all. But the rest of the staff seen nice and the price was not unreasonable
