I don't have enough good things to say about Aaron's. I have never been a fan of rent to own. That was because I didn't go to Aaron's! They have the best introductory deals (for example $5 for your first month's rent) for several days each month. Their prices are more than competitive with other rent to own or leasing options. and it's also one of the few places i prefer shopping in store rather than online.nMy daughter and I went in there exhausted today and Paige was so patient with us and all of my questions.nOne of the worst things about rent to own has always been the personal references if they make you list and then they call them while you're in the store. Then your whole family and friends knows your Rent-A-Center getting ...whatever. it's humiliating to me..BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANY OF THAT AT AARON'S. I can't think of anything they could do to lose my business at this pointn(By the way I never give out five star ratings anymore but this is an exception!

The process was easy and quick. The payment isn't bad. They had exactly what I needed and the people that work there are really great. When it was delivered, he was very friendly, wore a mask and put all the furniture together completely, and very, very well. Zero complaints. Thank you, whoever you were. You did a great job. I just wish the web site had other options for payment than once a month.

I only gave a star to make a review.nI was told my dryer would be delivered on a certain day, stayed home, no dryer, called mgr was told the delivery man had been to my house which was a lie, just couldnt get the truth from the mgr.nCanceled order.

Honestly, they don’t even deserve the one star. My boyfriend and I went into the store with all intentions of buying a new living room furniture set. We walked around the store with little to no service and once we found the set we wanted we asked about the price that was stated on the poster for the set and the woman took the poster away and said, “no, that’s not the price.” As she walked away. Well she walked away to the office and then back out of the office and went to help another customer while we waited for her to finish helping us. After assisting the other individuals she THEN proceeded to help us by saying that the set was sold and she couldn’t help us. It was extremely rude and a terrible representation of customer service! We left and went down the street to Galleria and was serviced very well! We walked out with a smile on our face and a new living room furniture set!
