Called to ask about a sectional and was told that I had the wrong place and they was a small furniture place in OK and he does not have the number hung up on me. Felt it was rude and I called back telling him that I felt it was rude of him and he hung up on me again.

I received a sofa that I ordered and wanted to return because it doesn't work in my space and in my opinion the color was misleading on the website. Of course, as far as the color issue that's my own fault. However, their customer service is terrible. I've sent countless emails and received minimal response. They also contract out to a delivery company that is awful. Not only was it delivered three hours late at 9:00 pm on a week night, but also this couch has been sitting in my house for three weeks, taking up space and not being used. While I am aware that this is the fault of the delivery company Coleman has done nothing to help. Truly would not recommend to anyone.
