This place is a joke. False advertisement is just the beginning...LOUSY customer service by a LOUSY lazy staff, and LOUSY quality appliances. Guaranteed rip off at the McAlester OK store for sure!!

Waitin on a bed to be delivered was told before 3 it's now almost 4 lady on phone was rude and not helpful at all.

Current management is absolutely terrible. I’ve purchased several items from this Aaron’s before and never had an issue, but current management caused the loss of a good customer. Not only did my item arrive at my home broken, but full of roaches. I had to hire someone to spray my home. We didn’t see the roaches until the following morning. I had already filled out the questionnaire stating my item was great before they had completely unloaded. Once I saw the broken piece I said I wanted to change my answers on the survey. The lady wouldn’t let me. She said she would get supplies and make sure it was fixed the next day. I waited 4 days and nothing. After seeing the roaches and no one came to fix it, I called them and told them to come back and get it. It took them 3 more days to come get it, but I had to tell them that if they didn’t come get it their furniture would be sitting in my yard. No telling how long I would have had to wait. Never again will I rent from McAlester Aaron’s under current management.

We were visiting a friend while she was having some furniture delivered . We could not believe how helpful and kind the gentlemen were to my friend in her time of need!! Anthony Martinez was very kind, patient, and polite, going above and beyond, by moving her stuff in, installing it, and making sure she properly understood what was going on, and cleaning up after himself!! He was so professional!! What a good job representing the store !! I am going make sure that if I need furniture, or anyone I know, because the way he performed his job, I will highly recommend them to this place because of him! Good job Aaron's!! Youve got yourself a true treasure!!
