Employees were very helpful with us considering I have a disabled grandmother who can't really even walk and is on 24 hour oxygen, so they really helped her out without having to walk hardly anywhere. They came down on the price of the recliner we bought and he was very respectful and had good vibes. As far as the store goes it is very clean and organized. I loved this furniture store.
The Vicars family has been so good to us and the community for years and years. On our last purchase they gave us a heck of a deal and even offered to deliver without us asking. They are the most reputable furniture store in SE OK and it shows! Thanks so much for always helping us make our house a home. 5 STARS!!!!
Would rate 0 stars if I could! Delivery drivers tracked mud all in the carpet and the new white bed got drugged through the mud that they left there and they did not even apologize or offer to help. They also told my little cousin to get out of the way twice rudely! Terrible service!!
I purchased a bed from Vicars furniture five months ago that was over priced and damaged upon installation. I have made multiple phone calls with the establishment about my issues and nothing has been done to reconcile the problem. I'm very disappointed I do not recommend their services too anyone. My bed is literally unusable due to incompetence, I will have too order the parts that are MISSING along with finishing the installation from 5 months ago myself.
