I had a fabulous experience at mattress firm yesterday. Bernie was fabulous. He took the time to explain the process of choosing a bed, listened to our wants and helped us secure a fabulous bed at the right price. The discount on the adjustable base sold me!!!
Thank you for coming to Yukon, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and tried to help me given my tight budget. I highly recommend going to talk to Gerald to get help with your mattress needs.I tried there competition who has been here a lot longer. That place was nice but did not have the selection or quality I was show at the Mattress Firm, and the staff was unwilling to work with my needs. If you live in Yukon area save your time and go to the Mattress Firm.
Gerald was very helpful and friendly. He encouraged me to test the mattresses for comfort and demonstrated the features of the adjustable bed bases. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I’ll be sure to tell my friends.
My experience with Bernie was kind and not pushy as I’ve experienced in the past. He simply gave information about the beds and let us make our choice. We had kind and professional service.
