Our visit & purchase of a Love seat recliner with center console, a Couch recliner & a rocking chair recliner was just what we were looking for. We’ve shopped @ several different furniture stores and LA Z BOY. Has been good for us the past 30-years. And am sure this set will last us @ least another 30-+ years. We also have 3- big dogs who also love the vouch. We haven’t had any problems ever. The Salesman Were wonderful & extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
We have just moved to Oklahoma and literally were living out of our suitcase with only one folding chair to share between the two of us. We decided we needed two recliners ASAP. We went to Lazy Boy where we were greeted by Peter. Peter was very patient and explained all options for each chair we were interested in. He also searched to find the chairs that were in stock and would not have to be ordered. There was never any pressure to hurry up and make a selection or any pressure to purchase. Excellent service in store and by delivery crew. Love or new recliners and will be back when we close on our house!
We met Peter Colson-Miller (Sales Associate) when we walked in and he was fantastic! We kind of knew what we wanted and he helped us find the chair that fit our specific needs. Peter is very knowledgeable about the products. We will definitely ask for him every time. We give Peter and La-Z-Boy-Reno 5 stars! If we could we would give him 100 stars! Amazing customer service and very professional but also extremely friendly!
Extremely pleased with my shopping experience at La-Z-Boy! Brent went above and beyond to help me pick out the right furniture. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my needs and made my shopping experience a pleasant one.
Peter was awesome. After telling him what we were looking for, he showed us exactly what we needed. In fact, we ended up purchasing the first chairs he showed us. Great shopping experience. La-Z-Boy always delivers!
