If I could seriously give them zero stars I really would they are absolutely terrible and rude as hell. For one they were late on my delivery I tried to call them several times to get delivery updates and everything but the lady I talk to was super rude. I’m not gonna lie I live in a bad neighborhood I didn’t want them showing up at night time which they did anyway. The delivery was fine up until the delivery drivers left their keys in the truck and someone try to take the vehicle while they were in the back getting the rest of my stuff. the driver got out and started fighting with the guy that was inside the truck and they backed into my car destroying my entire driver side. I tried to get a hold of their insurance that they provided me but I’m pretty sure they are insurance is fake or whatever because every time I would call the number I get nothing. I try to talk to corporate and all the managers and got absolutely nothing. I had to come out of pocket myself to get another car because of their negligence and trust and believe I will be taking legal action because Aarons is in fault and they refuse to take responsibility. And I will absolutely not be paying for my lease until I am reprimanded for this.

I had horrible experience, i got a laptop from them it was new, i took it back around a week later since they had it fixed where only Aaron's could onnldowload anything all could do was get on the internet. The manager Sean even forgot his keys at home that daIy so he wasn't even prepared to rent any electronics that day.nI took laptop back to return it on 3/17. Expected a refund. They just took pymt out that say. I had chemo 3/9-3/14 was in hosp overnight 16th to morning 17th left hisp went hole got laptop & took back to Aaron's within hrs of leaving hospital. Horrible store.

I just moved to oklahoma city from utah I have been with arrons for years. The customer service in the store on northwest expressway is horrific I tried to talk to them when my refrigerator went out and they told me the manager would get back to me when I finally got hold of the manager he said he never had any intention of getting back to me they essentially told me there is nothing we can do meanwhile I have hundreds of dollars of food spoiling. It's sad that you treat customers this way
