Our reservation specified a room with 2 double beds however the room only had a king bed. When we contacted to front desk to correct the issue we were told they had overbooked their 2 double bed rooms and there wasn't anything they could do for us so one of us had to make up and sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed. The bathtub stopper wouldn't stay open so we had to find something to keep it open while showering. The ice machine was out of service. Overall a horrible experience!

Very clean and friendly staff. They were wearing their mask and had hand sanitizers stations. Enjoyed the stay. My family and I will definitely come back.

a good basic hotel though there needs to be a sign on the street indicating where the hotel is located. It is 300 feet back from the road and apart from my GPS I would not have found it quickly,

This hotel establishment claims they have video proof of a friend stealing all of the electronics, mirrors and other items out of the room. My friend stayed one night to drop his 6 year old son off back home, had no car rental and was there in Oklahoma for roughly 24 hours. They have stolen over $1000 from his bank account, did not call the police to file a report and are failing to get us connected to a manager to rectify these lies. They are refusing to show proof to us, Lori at the front desk said she can't call a manager because they never call back and just hung up on him and is refusing to help. We have contacted the police and there is no robbery or theft report on file per the Master Sargent, who also told us that a report has to be filed if a crime was committed. We are contacting the corporate offices as I'm typing this review.
