The service is terrible. The staff has zero customer service skills and are just rude in general. The room was nice. I am a platinum member And usually have a great experience. I could not recommend this location due to just an absolute failure of how treat your customers. The district manager needs to look into this location

Horrible experience. Paid $75 for a room. It was dirty. Rude hotel staff (said they ran out of towels and blankets, and she was no help after we told her how dirty our room was). There was crust down the side of our bed, hairs in the bed, hairs in the bathroom. My socks were black after walking through the room. I will not be returning. It's sad because this is a nice hotel, they just need better employees who actually care. There was also a burn on the toilet seat, and marijuana seeds in the horribly stained pull out bed, but I guess the seeds were a plus, right?

Horrible place to conduct business. They don't offer a business room or try to accommodate business needs of their guest. God forbid anybody have an accident and need assistance. They should offer a refund so their paying guest can get a place that will accommodate their needs. This place is a safety risk. Melissa was not helpful and did not even listen to the guest needs. This is why they need management to be there at all times since apparently their employee cannot handle something simple. There needs to be signs that people are not allowed to use the common area or they need to take away the furniture if it is a problem for guest to use. Please give Melissa retraining on customer service and how to speak to people. No other hotel or motel have in the surrounding area have had any issues with using space provided for their guest. They were kind to make sure they did not risk the safety and well being of their guest. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Shear curtains only (side curtains do not pull shut & are decor only) add that to a street lamp shining in bright...all night. Bed & bathroom was clean. Shower temperature was 75° on high. Called down to desk and was told when maintance came in, she would have them look. Didn't do me any good, as we were checking out before that.nCouch fabric in suite is made of a porous fabric, apparently not easily cleaned...had many off white stains, avoided it completely
