The worst experience ever at a hotel. The staff was rude. I brought the kids and bags to the room while my wife parked her car. She was having problems finding a place because of all the snow piled up in the parking lot and people with trailers taking up multiple spots. So because She ended up circling the motel couple times the front desk lady called the cops on her. They came pulled her out of her car and handcuffed her in a t-shirt even though it was below zero and hurting her wrists. They continued to question her and search our car wanting to know what she was doing even though she told them multiple times she had a room. After an hour of her in the cold they found her room key apologized and let her go. All because the desk lady called the police and said she wasn't a guest. Even though we had just checked in and gave a description of our car just a couple minutes before. Also the lights in the room stopped working early in the morning

Room was great. Check your bank to make sure you don't get overcharged. Extra $45.55 taken out my bank not sure what charge is for. Looking into the matter.

If the reservation states no refund, they mean no refund! Even if your plans change due to a family situation involving a funeral. Even when a booking company is working on your behalf to obtain that refund. Even part of the money back would be nice.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet, good-sized luggage carts, nice room layout with plenty of space, could see my car from my room, good location: easy to get to Sprouts, also near Walmart and a gas station, easy to get back on the highway.
