Was really easy to make an appointment, just took awhile because they are overwhelmed with phone calls for covid. The nurse was very sweet and understanding and gave me some resources for services they don’t provide. Would recommend it you are a woman who is low income/no income because sometimes finding resources is hard.

Recently got vaccine at Mustang Town Center. The crowd was wholly unmanaged as to social distancing and any concern for safety! I arrived at about 10:30. For more than one and one half hours around 2,000 people were standing close in line, no person helping to manage that, no signage or instruction as to proceedings or safety!!! Older people with health conditions were standing without support, chairs or wheel chairs. This is a total disregard for their safety. I felt as though we were on our own, and were treated as no more than animals!! When I was able to get into the building, the conditions of crowding was worse. I asked to speak to whomever was in charge. They directed me to Tory, who refused to give his last name. I asked to enter a written complaint, they said there are none. (I found later it was Tory Butler, the director of this ill planned event. I spoke to nurse in charge, Lacy, she also refused her last name). They both apologized to say “this was the first day”. This is no excuse for NOT preparing for the days appointments to manage the crowd correctly and with consideration of the older ages involved with these events! How can any responsible agency do this to an innocent population. As we are educated about spread in the community of Covid-19, we KNOW this is exactly the type of unmanaged crowd that has contributed to over 400 THOUSAND deaths!! I am grateful for my vaccine, BUT this is not a new thing and the county personnel should have been more prepared. Shame on YOU for putting us in that position!!! GRORGIANNA HAQUE

The only problem is you must call for appointment but they have major problems with their phone system.

Very thorough and quick, the day I went
