Mary is awesome! I’ve already seen significant improvement since seeing her— she does a great job at educating me on the process as well! This week, Tracy also helped with my treatment and she was incredibly pleasant and professional as well.
Absolutely amazing! Came in today to receive fillers and botox and was greeted pleasantly by Anthony and the whole experience was perfect. I was nervous but Ashley who provided the services spent time going over everything with me and making sure that everything was to my liking. She did incredible work and I feel valued here. I love this Ideal Image and will continue to come back!
This place is so great. Got laxer hair removal for my whole body and I feel so great after my first treatment itself. So professional, helping people and so patient. Mary is so so so amazing. She puts in extra minutes to make you so comfortable. Very good communication while treating too. I totally love them
I can never understand why a large company would require a non refundable deposit of half the amount of treatment. I understand that you have a limited refund policy but my appt would be more than two months in the future. Your team members were polite and I have no issue with them.
Absolutely love ideal Image Raleigh. Carrie has done many of my treatments and always does a wonderful job. Everyone I interact with is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
