Excellent place. Morgan explained everything clearly. Massage was very good and afterward she described and demonstrated a stretch I could use.
Alanna is a treasure and a great massage therapist, the best I've ever had! I've tried a few places in the area over the past few years but no one has been as attentive to detail for me and great to talk with as her. I do a lot of computer work in my daily life and often have bad posture. She's not only helped my upper body stiffness but also gives great advice to practice to help mitigate the bad habits I've formed over the years. Very down to earth person. I'll definitely continue my visits with her. 10/10 would recommend.
Far and away one of the best massages of my life! Alanna was extremely professional and kind. She massaged sensitive areas through the cover. As a chunky woman, I appreciated the sensitivity. It left me feeling protected and less anxious about my weight. I went in with my back in knots and walked out pain free!!!

I have been a patient of Ross for several years. He has a truly unique ability to sync with you and understand what your body is feeling & needs. I have been to countless masseuse over the years, and have only found a few bodyworkers who are worth repeating. This is not a pat you down type of massage, this is a work that will leave your body more aligned, well balanced, and a sense of wellness for a few weeks. I was astounded at the depth of Ross knowledge of the body, I swear this guy knows the body better than most MD's. He takes pride in his work, is a really nice solid guy, and cares about your wellbeing, what more can you ask for! Unfortunately I have moved out of the state recently, but whenever I visit Raleigh Ross is in the top 3 of my must do's when back in town. Trust me, your body will thank you!
