Therapeutic Royal Massage

I went for a couples massage and it was the exactly what we needed both my girlfriend and I were very pleased. Exceeded expectations for sure. Looking forward to going back as soon as possible when this virus is more so a thing of the past.

My first time at this establishment was AMAZING, so when I found a Groupon I bought the biggest package deal they offered. Unfortunately for me, Covid hit about a month after my purchase and I was unable to use my Groupon for a while. It didn’t expire until July so I decided to book at a later time. Well July came and the pandemic was still full force. I called to see if and when they would be reopening. I was told by the end of July. Then I was told to redeem my voucher before it expired and they would honor it when they were opened again. The only thing they would not be doing was the mud wrap and considering everything with Covid, I completely understood and agreed. Thinking I could help a small business out, I went ahead and redeemed the voucher. The end of July comes and I call to ask if they are reopened. I was then told it would be mid-August, which has come and gone. Now when I call, I go straight to voicemail.nnI understand this is a small business in a pandemic. I understand things can be stressful, but communication with your clients is important. If they can no longer honor my voucher or even if this is, unfortunately, one of the many businesses failing during this time, some sort of communication would be greatly appreciated. Even with the Groupon, this was not a cheap purchase. As I stated before, my first experience here was AMAZING. I would love to give it another try, so I really hope to hear something back soon.nnUPDATE: I was able to reach them and schedule my massages. As expected, my experience was AMAZING so I had to come back and update my review.

Today I had a mudwrap and massage with Ashley. She explained the process to me so I knew what to expect and had time to ask any questions or make requests. The room was very calming with low light and peaceful music. Ashley was very friendly and the two treatments were wonderful! I would highly recommend Ashely and this business to anyone seeking an afternoon of relaxation!

I had a really good experience. A friend bought me a GroupOn for a mud wrap, massage, and stone facial massage. I booked my appointment by text but you can call. The masseuse was very professional. The masseuse explained what the mud wrap entailed (1st time experiencing a wrap) and the massage itself was worth returning. The masseuse tailored the massage to the knots he felt in my back. After the massage he gave advice to help my back trouble that didn't require money. I plan on returning. Best massage I've had in the area thus far.
