Panera Bread

Superb customer service and excellent food!!! The cashier took his time to help me and explain every menu item I asked about, not only that he was down to earth and helped with recommendations when I asked. I had a bunch of modifications and was very happy that all of them were followed from my panini to my salad! The receipt says my cashier's babe was John if that's his name he was incredible! The kitchen staff were great too they included my butter extra onions and were very personable. I'm glad I traveled the extra couple minutes to go to this location as opposed to the capital blvd location! Thanks for making this a seamless easy experience!!!

Food is always great. Staff is always professional, friendly and courteous. But when you pay $29 for 3 to eat and have to pick up your own dishes, I ABSOLUTELY dislike that. I would rather go to a sit down restaurant pay a $5 -$10 more and get served on. That is why I don't eat at Panera often.

Easy in and out. Staff were helpful.nnUpdate - this is apparently a hangout for North Hills area vagrants. Shortly after the store opened today, a person with a plastic bag, ski jacket and large jug of water showed up and camped out in a booth. Didn't order anything. Didn't eat or drink anything from Panera. At least they wore a face covering the whole time.

Terrible service. Ordered curbside because I didn’t want to leave my dog in the car in 80 degree weather. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not a peep. Called the store twice it just hangs up. I had to go inside. Didn’t see my food anywhere. Went to the register to cancel it. Asked for the receipt. The poor girl at the register asked the other woman for help and she just brushed her off. Store is just as empty as could be but everyone in there walking around like they’re dizzy doing nothing. Always a terrible experience here. Went to the one on Glenwood.
