Wonderful experience at this place. Was craving Pie one day and I couldn't think of any thing local enough in Durham that prepared such home made pies. Then I remember this place. Drove 45 minutes to get 2 pies that I was craving!! I recommend this place. However they are a little bit expensive but its worth the price.
Customer service was magnificent. The sourdough bread was to die for ... and don't even ask me about the pie. Recipes are just like Grandmothers.
Cupcakes are made only on Thursday and/or Friday. I bought one Sunday thinking they are made fresh, and it was so stale I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. It was a rip off for $2 a cupcake. Oh yeah, and if you go Monday-wednesday they don't have any baked goods. Only juice and ice cream. I will NEVER recommend them.
