There are no words to describe the quality of the pastries at Boulted Bread, a bakery which easily makes my top 5 in the US. The pastry is baked to perfection and the ingredients and fillings are of top quality. The chocolate croissant was amazing, and the filling of chocolate and cherry croissant was of an incredible quality which I haven't come close to finding outside Europe...until now.nnThe staff are helpful and responsive - pro tip: the online order site may not work from Chrome so try Edge. Raleigh is lucky to have Boulted Bread.

Genuinely beautiful shop and oh my god, such good croissants! I have never had better croissants ever in my life. Also, the staff is so lovely that they provided me recommendations to great cafes in other cities whenever I've reached out to them on social media platforms.

Amazingly good pastries. Easy to order online and pick-up. My order was packed and ready to go when I arrived, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. Will be returning way more than I should!

Boulted Bread boasts consistency and flavor.n.nEvery visit I have had at BB has been the same in its excellent quality. The morning buns, chocolate croissant, and loaves have never faulted from its pillars of excellence and flavor. I believe if a croissants layers don't break and bow like leaves on a windy fall day, they lack depth and detail. Boulted has only presented beauty in a to-go box.n.nFurthermore, the employees should be recognized as more than employees. They are leaders in the service industry community and should be commended for their hustle during a pandemic. They have done nothing but serve with open palms, risking everything for their obligation in excellence.n.nGood bread.

Woah. Go here.nThey have a posted menu but be sure to ask what their daily items are. I think they have a few things that are first come, first serve. I asked if they had a croissant and super happy I did. Delicious.nLooking forward to a second visit to try some loaves.
