Faith at the Mattress Firm store in Holly Springs NC was wonderful! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. We had a good experience working with Faith K., store manager, at the Holly Springs store. We found Faith to be very knowledgeable, professional and personable, and she provided the attention and guidance we needed in our purchase of a mattress. The store was clean and well organized and care was taken to make us comfortable in our mattress testing.
Excellent service from Faith! Painless process and she took care of us quick! She listened to my needs and pointed us in the right direction! I highly recommend! We can’t wait to get our new bed.
I asked to chat via text and Faith responded immediately, and helped me with matching an online price and upgraded my shipping. It was so nice to have a local connection at a national retailer. I know if there are any issues I can call or stop by the store that is 10 mins from my house!
I went in today to get a couple of not real expensive mattresses and I could not have been treated better had I been buying a $6,000 mattress. I dealt with Jonathan S. and he was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. They had a great selection and they were equipped with all the Covid accoutrement (which I appreciated). I highly recommend Mattress Firm, they have everything you could want PLUS A+ Customer Service. What more could you need?
